- Compatible with M.2 key B/M (2242) Card Electromechanical specification
- Integrated MAC/PHY supporting 10BASE-Te, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T, and 2500BASE-T 802.3 specifications
- RJ45 connection compatible with cable lengths up to 100 meters using CAT5e, CAT6, or CAT6A
- PCI Express 3.1 support for x1 width (Lane) at 5GT/s
- IEEE 802.3 auto-negotiation
- IEEE 802.3x and IEEE 802.3z compliant flow control support
- Software-controllable Rx thresholds and Tx pause frames
